We had an incredible time at this hotel! The staff greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is located in stunning gardens that are meticulously cared for, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. With its stunning location in well cared for gardens and the exceptional service provided by the staff, it truly offers a luxurious and comfortable stay.

four of us came to the hotel, beds were only for two, sofa wasn't made up for the kids.

Located in a charming lakeside town, this hotel offers stunning views of the mountains and the glistening lake. The deluxe rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Guests can relax by the well-maintained pool area, enjoying the warm weather and taking advantage of the various amenities such as trampolines and mini golf, providing fun for all ages. The buffet-style food is consistently excellent, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. the staff provides exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

The hotel shuttle bus service could be improved, especially during the summer months when the wait for a space on the bus can be lengthy.

Beautiful location, friendly staff

Unfortunately, our room was as draughty as a castle room when we had a window tilted or opened because it was very windy.

Breakfast was good. The half board includes a small but sufficient lunch buffet on Tue,Wed,Fr,Sa,Su. The evening buffet was very good and somewhat varied. The staff, starting from the reception, gastronomy, cleaning was extremely friendly and very busy. Wishes were fulfilled as far as possible.

The live events next to the main building until 23:00 were very loud. Although great events took place, which we could follow well from our balcony.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room was spacious and modern. The location was convenient with a shuttle bus service to town, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

More breakfast choices would have been appreciated, such as a wider selection of pastries or hot dishes.

Would consider staying here again, the property met requirements. All in all, it's original place that has hard-working and especially helpful staff in all areas. The rooms are well-kept with comfortable beds, and the location is exceptionally nice to majestic palace on a last minute deal😀

Everything was excellent and met requirements. The hotel was gorgeous and fabulous with absolutely perfect location very close to the cable car, a restaurant across the road, which is very nice and cosy and the Monte Baldo cable car station, which is well worth a trip. The room was great-sized, brand-new with an adjoining bedroom. The food provided was savoury!

Everything here was good, and the weather was clear, appreciated it. Exceptionally comfortable beds, room was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, so close to Monte Baldo, Lake Garda, and well cared for gardens surrounded by stunning mountain views.

Great choice for exploring region, friendly staff, and quality food

During my recent business trip, I stayed at a hotel located in a prime location, just a 20-minute walk from the town and with stunning views of the mountains and the lake in the distance. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming, and their assistance with bus timetables and tourist information was invaluable. The buffet-style breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant was fantastic, with a vast selection of high-quality food, and they even offered free drinks during dinner service.

One slight downside to the hotel was the uphill walk back from town, which may be challenging for some. Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others for its excellent location, friendly staff, and delicious food.

This is the second time we've been to this majestic palace and certainly not the last. Everything was great, the food was delicious and the Junior garden suite was dreamlike big and with a separate WC.

unfortunately there were not enough deckchairs at the pool or in the garden. when i asked at the reception if there were any reserve chairs, i was told to look for a reserved but not used chair. i think in a 4 star hotel you could have a deckchair ready for every guest. especially if there is enough space in the garden.

This hotel is in a perfect location for those who want peace and quiet, as it is on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of the town. The playgrounds and kids' room are very good, and there is plenty of entertainment for children, like mini-golf, a trampoline, and the three outdoor pool areas. There is a cable car close to the hotel to explore the north end of the lake, as well as a steep walk down to the lakeside.

The dinner prices at the hotel restaurant are quite high.
